Partner Inclusion Criteria
We review public identity, official contact routes and available process information before deciding whether a listing is suitable. Inclusion is not a certification or guarantee of service.
Inclusion Requirements
To be listed as a partner in our directories, organisations must satisfy the following criteria:
- Public Identity: Must have a traceable official website or primary public page with a usable contact route.
- Individual-dog disclosure: Must be willing to explain the known veterinary, vaccination, microchip and sterilisation status, records and adopter responsibilities for an individual dog.
- Safe Rehoming Processes: Must describe its own screening and placement process accurately. Depending on the organisation and dog, this may include an application, interview, home videos, a physical home check, household discussions and veterinary references where relevant.
- No Breeding/Puppy Brokerage: No connection to commercial breeding, importing, or selling of dogs for profit. We do not list commercial pet stores or classified aggregators.
- Traceable structure: Must provide accurate organisational details and any claimed registration information for review. Registration status is recorded only when supported.
